SHIPPING POLICY
As we continue to adapt to the current climate we are also working within limitations regarding shipping times, supplier stock levels, and labour. As such, there may be a delay in the dispatch and delivery of some goods.

Despatch Times
Most orders will be despatched within 1 business day of receiving your order and payment, but occasionally can take up to 3 days to package and send, particularly during holiday seasons, annual company closures, public holidays, black Friday/cyber-Monday periods ect.
A small number of our products that are custom fabricated and/or made-to-order can take up to 7-10 business days to prepare for dispatch. These products have this information within the product information pages and you will be contacted prior to us taking your payment to confirm that this delivery schedule is acceptable.
Delivery of Your Order
Most small items under 20kg and under 1000mm in length will be delivered by Australia Post and you will not be required to sign for the delivery. Orders over 20kg will be delivered by a logistics company of our (Expedition Systems) choosing, and selection of that carrier will be chosen based on price, delivery location and preferred provider status.
It is recommended that you are home at the time of delivery. If you are not home parcels with either, be returned to the depot/post office or left in a safe place, as determined by the delivery agent. Re-delivery charges may apply if there is no one available to accept delivery.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We will contact you within one (1) working day after purchase to calculate and charge shipping cost.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. Please contact us first so we can find out the cost of shipping.
Express Shipping
Although we continue to dispatch goods as fast as possible, we do not advertise or provide and express post options due to courier and postage delays (caused by COVID 19) outside of our control. Offering Express delivery could be misleading to the customer and as it is outside of our control and in the hands of the courier to meet this expectation, therefore we currently do not feel comfortable charging and promising this to our customers when we cannot guarantee it.
Shipping Insurance
Expedition Systems does not offer shipping insurance on your products, however Australia post and our other couriers may offer some coverage at their discretion. Expedition Systems does not cover for any lost or damaged items.
- Insurance can be provided as a separate cost to the customer upon request but must be requested and paid for prior to ordering.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you can check the status of your order online using the customer portal. Alternatively you can contact us by phone or email for this information. A despatch notification will be automatically sent after dispatch and will include tracking details.
