Our mission is to create the world’s best rigs, trays, and canopies for people who need to trust their setup no matter what they’re doing. We lead from the front, setting the highest standard for what reliability means. Overkill is underrated, and that’s the baseline for every Expedition build. We bring certainty to off-road work and life. Whether you’re managing a fleet in remote WA or taking your family into the outback, our goal is the same: to deliver absolute confidence in your setup.
Expedition Systems was born out of necessity. We couldn’t find the gear we needed on the market. Too many builds rattled apart on corrugations or failed when conditions turned rough. So we built our own.
What started as a personal project quickly grew into WA’s own heavy-duty aluminium tray and canopy manufacturing company. From our base in Mandurah, we design and fabricate Australian-made 4×4 trays, canopies, trailers, and custom solutions. Every weld is done here. Every fitout is tested here. Every build is proven against the realities of red dirt, salty air, and outback roads.
